John, better known as “Sherwood,” first began cleaning windows as a side-hustle in the summer of 2022, created the initial business, and has since serviced more than 200 homes. John excels in door-to-door sales, having knocked on over 4 thousand doors throughout his career. He oversees company progress and growth, tracking finances as well as other stats including a long repeat customer list. Furthermore, he manages all communication with clients. Beyond work, he is passionate about sports and actively plays Ice Hockey, Volleyball, Soccer, and Golf—all at the Varsity level.

In late 2024, Bernardo merged his expertise with John & Zach’s with a vision to scale the company, officially naming it, “Tambori.” He oversees the company’s finances, marketing, and legal compliance. He also drives job acquisition through online marketing and door-to-door sales. In addition to his leadership role, Bernardo works hands-on as a pressure-washing specialist, having cleaned over 50 homes in 2025 alone. Outside of work, he enjoys working out, spending time with friends, and cheering on the Houston Texans.

Alongside John, Zach joined the window-cleaning industry in 2022. As the company’s top worker in terms of jobs completed, Zach brings extensive hands-on experience and reliability to every task. He has been essential in building valuable relationships with key community members and organizations. Outside of work, Zach is a talented athlete, competing in Division II tennis at Lubbock Christian University.
